Legendary Boxing champ and weed entrepreneur Mike Tyson has launched a new variation of weed gummies from his cannabis company Tyson 2.0, shaped like a boxing glove.

Tyson previously made news back in 2022 by launching his controversial gummies that were shaped like an ear, in a cheeky nod to the infamous boxing match in 19971 where he bit off part of opponent Evander Holyfield’s ear during a championship bout.

However, as the ear-shaped gummies depicted a piece of human flesh, they were found to be against cannabis regulations in markets like Colorado, where the new boxing gloves gummies have now been launched at select dispensaries.

“These Knockout Gummies represent another step in our mission to make plant-based wellness accessible to all. Whether it be through ears or gloves, I’m always looking for new ways to connect with my fans, and I think these gummies will pack a real punch.” - Mike Tyson

How did Mike Tyson make it in the weed industry?

Tyson has become an icon of the cannabis industry in recent years. Tyson 2.0 launched in 2021 and is currently distributed in 16 countries. In February, they launched a seed line with Royal Queen seeds. Tyson 2.0 has also expanded into consumer product categories including clothes and smoking accessories.

"Mike's Knockout Gummies" edible cannabis line, is made with full spectrum cannabis rosin. To mark the new product launch and Tyson’s forthcoming fight against Jake Paul this November, the distributor Seven Points is hosting a Giveaway Contest. For each purchase of TYSON 2.0 products at partaking retailers during September, fans will have the opportunity to win one of 10 prizes including an authentic boxing glove signed by Mike Tyson himself, along with other TYSON 2.0 products.

“With a bold, innovative design and premium full spectrum rosin, this product is set to be a true knockout in the market!” -Seven Point Distributors
