Four people were arrested and a cannabis farm in Crayford was raided.
Three bedrooms full of 40 to 50 cannabis plants were discovered and a 17-year-old Eastern European man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating drugs.
A man from Erith was arrested for illegal entry into the UK while a woman from the same town was taken in by police on suspicion of possession of cannabis.
A wanted man was also arrested on suspicion of common assault.
Bexley MPS tweeted: "Today pan-London operation #bigwing #Bexley has 140 officers + support from Flying Squad, Dogs Unit and MSC conducting 17 activities."
The London-wide operation sees borough officers joined by specialist colleagues to carry out arrests, search warrants and licensing enforcement among other things.
