Around 88 plants were found by police officers following a raid on a Mans address. Stockbridge was given a suspended prison sentence after a court heard he was only growing cannabis to help a friend.
The judge said: "I have no idea what it was that persuaded you it would be a good idea for you to allow your property to be used for a cannabis growing operation. I cannot begin to think what persuaded you it would be a sensible idea because it clearly wasn't.
