Christmas pudding is one of the most luscious treats people prepare in time for Christmas. For everyone who likes to wake and bake, the good news is Christmas pudding can be laced with cannabis.   • An egg
  • A cup of milk
  • A cup of flour
  • Melted cannabutter (1 cup)
  • Crushed walnuts and almonds (1 cup each)
  • Golden raisins (1 cup)
  • Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
  • Brown sugar (1 cup)
  • Butter for greasing (1 teaspoon)
  • Brown mixed spice (1 teaspoon)
  • A pinch of cinnamon 

For cannabutter, you can either look for it in a cannabis shop or prepare it yourself in a separate action in the kitchen.

Ingredients for sauce:

The Christmas pudding is complemented with a sauce. For the sauce, you will need: 

  • 200 ml double cream
  • 100 grams light brown sugar
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

For a stronger pudding, you can substitute the regular vanilla with a teaspoon of vanilla or agave-flavored THC syrup

How to prepare Christmas pudding with weed?

  1. Take the mixing bowl and pour in all dry pudding ingredients to combine well. 
  2. Add the mixture into the pudding pan and cover it with multiple layers of aluminum foil. Butter the bottom layer on the side that's facing the pudding. 
  3. Use a string to fasten the foil and put it into a steamer. Steam the pudding on high for 2 hours and 30 minutes, then remove it from the steamer.
  4. Start preparing the sauce. Add butter to a saucepan and set it on a burner at medium heat. Add and mix the double cream, brown sugar, and vanilla when the butter melts. 
  5. Cook the sauce. Whisk the ingredients and make sure the sugar doesn't glue on the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat 3-4 minutes after the mixture starts to bubble.  
  6. Use an inverted serving dish to flip the Christmas pudding, then coat it with your sauce. 
  7. Serve your canna-laced Christmas pudding immediately, or freeze it for dinner with friends later.
