Susepcted cannabis farm found following burglary

A suspected ‘commercial’ cannabis grow was uncovered by police after burglary at a home, a court has heard.

 

Two men appeared at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court to face charges of possessing cannabis with an intent to supply, and producing cannabis.

Jacob Bowler (22) of Penrose Court, Selston, and Cormack Clarke (22) of Merry Road, Ollerton, appeared together and entered no plea for both offences.

The Crown Prosecution briefly outlined the case alleging the defendants were subject to a burglary and police found drugs when they investigated.

Both are due before Nottingham Crown Court on 11th March.
