Police officers raided an address after reports of a suspicious smell came in from members of the public. Around 500 plants were discovered in 2 rooms inside the property and a male was arrested.
Sheriff John Beckett QC said: "such is the gravity of these crimes, where you have been involved in producing and supplying cannabis in a very large scale, there is no alternative to a custodial sentence,"
