Rihanna's trip to cannabis cafe
RACY Rihanna's quest to explore Europe's seedier side continues.
RACY Rihanna's quest to explore Europe's seedier side continues.
Just days after a spending spree in a sordid Paris sex shop the songbird paid a visit to one of Amsterdam's most notorious cannabis cafes.
The singer emerged from the Bulldog coffee shop yesterday afternoon, with a furry hat pulled down low and wearing shades.
Last month she fell foul of a Northern Irish farmer after running topless through his field during a video shoot.
Then on Thursday she forked out £1,000 on kinky goods including toys, leather handcuffs and underwear in X-rated shop Lovestore in the French capital.
The eye-popping promo to her new single We Found Love has also sparked controversy, with some critics claiming it glorifies casual sex and drug use.
The clip sees her puffing on cigarettes and inhaling smoke from the mouth of her on-screen lover.
Bajan Rihanna recently revealed she is sick of having to behave like a role model to kids.
She said: "See, people — especially white people — they want me to be a role model just because of the life I lead.
"The things I say in my songs, they expect it of me and being a role model became more of my job than I wanted it to be. But no, I just want to make music. That's it.
Look, God doesn't give any more than you can handle. I had to get through a lot of ups and downs, big downs, and a lot of trial and error to get where I am now."
The infamous Bulldog café — which opened in 1975 — claims to be Holland's first coffee shop licenced to sell drugs.
Officially, the sale of marijuana is not legal in the Netherlands but the law allows small quantities to be bought in the capital's coffee shops.
