Cannabis grower does not go to prison
Medical Glen Willis has been spared a jail term by a court in Belfast for growing 140 cannabis plants.
The cannabis farm was found by police at his parents address in Dungannon. When arrested he told officers that the plants were his and he used them for treating pains from a past motorbike injury. The judge said : "it was quite clear the defendant was a long-standing user of cannabis. He also accepted he had previous convictions but highlighted that they were for possession."
