A 20 year old male has been arrested following the discovery of a large indoor cannabis farm in Holton Lodge, Runcorn by police officers.
An Inspectorv said -"This once again reinforces the importance of intelligence being passed on by the local community".
"As a result, suspected illegal drugs have been taken off the streets."
