A man has been arrested after cops discovered a cannabis factory in a house in the Witton area of Birmingham.
Officers from the Newtown Response team were attending reports of another incident at the property, in Tame Road, when they discovered the cannabis factory in the upstairs area of the house
The West Midlands Police Cannabis Disposal team were alerted and more than 160 plants were found.
Two bedrooms had been coverted to cultivate the plants, which have an estimated street value of £125,000.
Forensic teams are continuing an investigation at the property.
