A 19-year-old woman from Westerham was given a formal warning cannabis after a day of action by Sevenoaks police.
The woman was the subject of a drugs warrant as newly qualified officers hit the streets across Sevenoaks district on April 1.
In Swanley three drivers were stopped for having defects on their vehicles, and will now have to correct those defects within 14 days to avoid prosecution.
Three drivers were also issued with a traffic offence report; two for failing to wear a seatbelt and one for failing to wear a seatbelt and not having a valid MOT certificate.
Bicycle marking was also available and residents were given free timers for their light switches to help make their homes look lived in when they are not there.
Patrols were joined by Chief Constable Alan Pughsley and his chief officers, who patrolled with local officers for the day.
Sevenoaks District Commander Chief Inspector Tim Cook said: "The entire Chief Officer team from Force Headquarters joined us to take part in this day of action, so it was a great opportunity for them to see first-hand the excellent work my officers do across Sevenoaks and Swanley every day.
"As part of our Stay Safe spring campaign we will be holding similar crime prevention events to help residents protect themselves against offences that we routinely see at this time of year, such as shed burglaries and theft of tools."
