The European drug agency has published its annual report
Cannabis use in the UK by the 15 to 35 age group has fallen where as use in countries like France, Denmark,Finland, Bulgaria and Sweden is on the increase.
The issue of cannabis use is still a long way from UK Parliament, despite US President Barrack Obama's suggestion that governments "follow the science, not the ideology" surrounding the drug and Ireland considers decriminalising it.
