Two firearms and a quantity of fireworks were also seized during a number of PSNI searches which were conducted in the area last night.
Two women aged 37 and 39 and a man aged 37 were arrested on a number of charges, suspicion of possession of a Class B controlled drug, possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply, extraction of electricity and being concerned in the cultivation of a controlled substance.
They were said to be assisting the police with their inquiries last night.
Area commander Chief Inspector Sam Donaldson said: "This is a significant seizure in the area and I would like to thank the community for their continued assistance in helping us removed drugs in our local community."
