Cannabis plants with an estimated street value of up to £230,000 have been seized by police in Shropshire.
About 230 plants were discovered in an empty property in the Trench area of Telford.
The building is thought to have been unoccupied "for some time", West Mercia Police said.
It was raided at about 09:00 GMT. No arrests have been made and police are searching for the growers.
