William Nunn was stopped by police after concerns about the speed in which he was travelling at, officers noticed the strong smell of cannabis coming from the vehicle and later discovered multiple bags containing the drug.
A judge said: "From the basis of plea he said that the cannabis in the vehicle was his. He accepted that he sold it and supplied it to a close group of friends to share.”
She also added: “The Crown gave consideration to the explanation. There no drug texts or sale records.It was a significant role and he knew what he was doing.”
