POLICE seized more than 30 cannabis plants from a property yesterday. 

Crediton police searched a house in the village of Lapford on Thursday, October 9, and seized a large quantity of cannabis along with other suspected controlled drugs. 

PC Keith Bradshaw who was part of the search team said: "We will act on any information we receive concerning the cultivation and supply of drugs in order to remove drugs from our communities." 

One man is presently helping police with enquiries as a result of the search warrant.
