A party hosted by the Birmingham City cannabis club is being investigated by police after they were tipped off and told how revellers were seen indulging in chocolate and mango drink fountains laced with the illegal drug.
A police officer said - “It has been brought to our attention that this event took place in Digbeth last weekend and are looking into the information we have been given"
