POLICE have carried out a drugs blitz in the lower Gwendraeth Valley.

Sergeant Stuart Bell said officers targeted known users and suppliers over the weekend as part of their fight against drug misuse.
A warrant was executed at Ger y Castell, in Kidwelly, where a 41-year-old was cautioned for cannabis possession.
Warrants were also carried out at several addresses in Pant y Gino, Trimsaran, where a 25-year-old was charged with cannabis production and is now set to appear before town magistrates later this month. Two men aged 37 and 30 were also cautioned for cannabis production.
