Inside the industrial unit, which was under disguise as a clothes collection centre, police found about 100 plants in a highly professional set up.
Meanwhile 25 plants were found in the flat.
A 58-year-old man from London was arrested in Shoebury Avenue. He is currently being questioned by detectives.
