A PAIR of men have been charged with producing cannabis.
Scott Amos, 39, of Westview Avenue in Bideford, and Kali Heffernan, 43, of Bay View Road in Northam, appeared together in front of North Devon magistrates last week.
Amos is charged with failing to disclose the PIN code to protected information on his mobile phone on September 29, 2014 and producing cannabis on May 21, 2014.
He entered no plea to both charges.
Heffernan is charged with producing cannabis on May 21, 2014. He entered no plea to the charge.
The pair had their cases sent to Exeter Crown Court to be heard on Friday, March 13.
Amos’ bail conditions were to reside at his home address and to not contact Heffernan.
