If you arrive by train at Amsterdam Central, all you have to do is follow your nose and you will find the first Hunter’s literally just a stones throw away. Hunt on a high way

But the real adventurers and die-hards, continue their Hunt along the highway to Haarlem. It’s quite a trip for tourists coming from the heart of Amsterdam, but the Hunter’s in Haarlem marks the end of the long tour of all the locations. It is the last stop before coming to your ultimate reward, namely, our most unique Hunter’s location situated on the beach in Zandvoort, also fondly referred to as Amsterdam Beach. Here, you can enjoy the fresh sea air as you recover from your grand tour of all the Hunter’s.

Hunter’s is not for pussies

The story of Hunter’s all began in 1985 on the well-known Warmoesstraat. In this famed spot smack in the middle of Amsterdam’s Red Light District, surrounded by all those pussycats, a dog named Hunter marked his territory with a well-aimed squirt against the facade. The owner of the dog decided then and there that this was a good spot to open the world’s first Hunter’s Coffee Shop. Since then, Hunter’s has expanded its territory and you will find the famous dog logo everywhere you go in Amsterdam, Haarlem and Zandvoort.
