For the first time A vapouriser device that contains a non psychoactive part of the cannabis plant called cannabidiol (CBD) is going to be tested by a NHS unit. Makers of MEDIPEN believe that this could help to change peoples opinions of cannabis and show them how it can be used as an effective medical treatment.
