The Neutralizer: a champion amongst champions

This edition of Growmed brought back the European Product Awards, the cannabis industry's great celebration where the best products from Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany/Switzerland, Italy, France and Czech Republic, as well as the overall European champion, are awarded prizes. Until now, the EPA always took place during a great party in Amsterdam, together with the Highlife Cup, but, starting this year, they moved to Growmed Valencia.

This edition of Growmed brought back the European Product Awards, the cannabis industry’s great celebration where the best products from Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany/Switzerland, Italy, France and Czech Republic, as well as the overall European champion, are awarded prizes. Until now, the EPA always took place during a great party in Amsterdam, together with the Highlife Cup, but, starting this year, they moved to Growmed Valencia.

A panel of judges made the first selection of the best products entered by each country. The finalist products were voted for by the public on the website www.epa.nu, which contains descriptions and photos of each product. The online votes were audited by an independent company.

The winners’ moment finally came at the end of this long journey, with the award ceremony honouring the European Product Awards. The winner for Spain was Cria 7puntos, a ladybug (and larvae) farm for biological control. The winner for the Netherlands was Filtip, plastic smoking filter tips. The winner for the United Kingdom was The Neutralizer, to neutralise cannabis odours. Germany/Switzerland saw the triumph of Growsystem’s aeroponic system. The Italian winner was Filter It, ceramic smoking filter tips. The winner for France was the substrate Sure to Grow and for Czech Republic the Discreet Vape vaporiser.

And the moment of announcing the European champion finally arrived: The Neutralizer, a product capable of completely eliminating all cannabis odours during flowering and drying periods and use. This proven effectiveness, along with a marketing campaign characterised by enthusiasm and interest certainly bore its fruits, obtaining the prize for best European product EPA 2013. Receiving this well-deserved prize was a special moment for the The Neutralizer team, after a year of hard work in presenting the product. This definitely won’t be the last we’ll hear of the The Neutralizer, since several expert growers have tried it and swear by its working perfectly.

Spain

The winner for Spain was one of the most original products in the contest, “Cria 7puntos”; a ladybug farm designed to carry out a biological fight against aphids with the help of friendly ladybugs and their larvae. Aside from providing effective and natural pest control, this kit is also very educational for explaining the circle of life to children.
