A man has been accused of lighting up a joint while in a police station before stripping naked, defecating on the floor and then wiping it on the walls of his cell.
Carlen Higgs, 33, is said to have walked into Upper Darby Police station, Pennsylvania, talking 'nonsense' and started smoking marijuana.
He was arrested and placed in a cell - where he is alleged to have got naked, emptied his bowels onto the floor and then wiped the faeces on the walls.
Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood told Philly.com: "He was pretty whacked out".
According to Eyewitness News, he was originally taken to a mental health facility in Pennsylvania but it was later realised he was high on drugs - possibly PCP.
Supt. Chitwood said Higgs has a criminal history, including allegations of terrorist threats, assault and possessing controlled substances.
Higgs has been charged with possession and disorderly conduct.
