A FELINFOEL man who used cannabis to help ease his pain was caught with 15 grams of the class B drug.
A FELINFOEL man who used cannabis to help ease his pain was caught with 15 grams of the class B drug.
While appearing before Llanelli Magistrates' Court, Paul David Thomas of Llundain Fach, admitted possession of £150 worth of the drug.
His solicitor Andrew Isaac told the court the 39-year-old, suffered a heart attack three years ago and was suffering depression and back pain.
"He's been using it for the last 15 years to ease his pain," he said.
Thomas was fined £75 and told to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
