A Hoddesdon man accused of producing 46 cannabis plants and extracting electricity is to face trial at crown court

Simon Carter, 47, of  Ditchfield Road, Hoddesdon, who appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Wednesday (October 22) is accused of committing the offences at Roxwell, Essex, on Friday, July 25 this year.

He will appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on Tuesday, November 11.

He was granted unconditional bail to appear until the next hearing.
