Herbal cannabis with a street value of 1.7m euros (£1.3m) has been seized by customs officers at Dublin Port.
The drugs were discovered when officers from the Irish Revenue's Customs Service X-rayed an animal feed container on Monday.
The X-ray scan revealed 85 vacuum-packs of cannabis, hidden within large animal feed cartons.
In a statement, the Irish Revenue said the cannabis was destined for premises in north Dublin.
