Eric Mann, 71, of Harbour Way, entered no plea to possessing a quantity of cannabis oil. He also declined to enter a plea to a charge of producing 12 cannabis plants, with an estimated street value of between £5,970 and £9,680.
Magistrates accepted jurisdiction of the case, but Mann elected to stand trial at Swansea Crown Court. He was released on unconditional bail, and will appear before the Crown Court on August 1.
