2 men tried to discard their cannabis out of a car window shortly after being stopped by police officers.
Procecuting Miss Slater said: "There was a search of the car and Mr Mushtaq had £335 on him, two mobile phones and £10 of cannabis. In the driver's door, further bagged deals were discovered, around £160 in value.
