Police say they have made a huge dent to gangs and drug rings across the country with hundreds of arrests and seizures.
Since their national cannabis strikeforce Operation Lucy began this year, 105,000 plants have been destroyed and 112 firearms seized.
It has led to the arrests of 640 suspects, including 64 patched gang members.
"We are very pleased with the results from this year's operation which show our commitment to restrict the influence of these organised criminal groups," Detective Senior Sergeant Scott McGill said.
An estimated $195,000 of stolen property has also been recovered, police say.
Police are particularly buoyed by the discovery and subsequent shut down of three clandestine drug labs - two in Northland and one in Eastern District.
