A 55-year-old Clitheroe man has been committed to Preston Crown Court for sentence after pleading guilty to possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
A 55-year-old Clitheroe man has been committed to Preston Crown Court for sentence after pleading guilty to possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
Brian Hargreaves Sims, of Shawbridge Street, Clitheroe, was due to be sentenced at Blackburn magistrates, but the court was told an application for a confiscation order in respect of a quantity of cash seized could only be heard at the crown court.
Sims had previously admitted selling cannabis at street dealer level.
