Officers swooped on the property on Otterburn Place in Offerton, Stockport, after intelligence supplied by the community.
Five plants and cannabis bush with an approximate street value of £1,500 were found being cultivated inside.
A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and is being questioned.
Cheadle Heath police station's response team executed the search warrant at 7.30am yesterday.
Sgt James Lockett said: "In recent months residents in Offerton have been telling us they are sick and tired of drug dealers ruining their community.
"We have listened to their genuine concerns and we have shown that we will take decisive action against these people, who thought they were above the law.
"The work doesn't stop here however. We will continue to act on information from residents and we will always encourage anyone with information about drug dealing to call the police."
"Drugs can have a devastating effect within a community."
