Cannabis smell forced plane to land

British Airways A passenger jet that was on its way to Greece has returned to land at Gatwick airport after only being in the air for around 90 minutes due to a strong smell of cannabis.


A finance worker who was on the flight said -“All they said was the cabin crew was ill from a pungent smell at the back of the aircraft. We were four rows from the back and the whole back of the plane stank.
