Officers discovered more than 600 plants when they searched the property yesterday, along with a sophisticated hydroponics set-up used to grow them.
Avon and Somerset Police said that no arrests had been made, but that investigations were ongoing.
Sergeant Ian Kennet said: "This is a really significant seizure that will take a large amount of money out of the pockets of drug dealers and will help to make our communities safer.
"I would like to thank the public for the information that is regularly provided to help us in our fight against drugs.
"There is real momentum to work together to reduce drug misuse in our area and this is having a positive affect on the levels of crime locally."
Police said a total of 619 cannabis plants and equipment were seized.
Inspector Roger Tolley said: "We were alerted to the potential cannabis factory by the community. The public are our eyes and ears, and information regarding suspected illegal activity is absolutely vital in helping us combat crime.
"We use a variety of methods to prevent and detect crime but community intelligence still remains one of the most effective weapons we have in targeting criminals.
"I want to encourage people to keep talking to us, we do listen and we do take action - as this warrant demonstrates."
