Cannabis plants seized in raid at pub flat
OFFICERS from the UK Border Agency and Humberside Police seized a quantity of cannabis plants in a raid on the closed Blarney Stone pub in Scunthorpe on Friday, August 23.

A 22-year-old man who was living in a flat above the pub was arrested on suspicion of producing cannabis and committing a forgery offence.
He was released on police bail pending further inquiries.
A police spokesman said officers visited the flat in relation to alleged immigration offences and the pub's closure was not related to the visit.
