A cannabis farm has been found at an empty house in Shawforth.
Police executed a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act and found 27 large mature cannabis plants at a house on Market Street.
They entered the house at around 2pm on Wednesday, October 1 and found the house unoccupied. No arrests have been made and police are appealing for information.
All the cannabis plants were seized for analysis and destruction
