A 16-year-old boy and a 31 year old male have both been charged after police discovered a suspected cannabis factory in Folkestone.
The pair will apprear at magistrates court on May 18th.
This was part of a series of raids in kents that uncovered a large quantity of various drugs inluding cocaine and heroin.
