A new party campaigning for the relaxation of cannabis laws will start debate after securing a party political tv broadcast in Northern Ireland
The new party is called Cista (Cannabis Is Safer Than Alcohol) Neil Paine is their new candidate, a 45-year-old former British soldier who now lives in Coleraine.
Mr Paine who self medicates with cannabis has had his home raided by police twice but has faced no charge.
