A man who is involved with campaigns for the legalisation of cannabis in the UK has been found to be growing the drug and stealing electricity in his bedroom at home.
A defending solicitor said: “The cannabis was only for his own use. He is part of an attempt to legally overthrow the legislation on cannabis."
