A group of proffesionals including a retired police comissioner have called for the cannabis law to be changed saying that it would help save £500 million per year.
Proff David Nutt says "Two-thirds of Americans now have access to medical marijuana – and we continue to break down the doors of people with MS and lock them up".
"We are like an ostrich with its head in the sand."
