Black The Ripper took a selfie with Sargent Bradley whilst smoking two spliffs in Hyde Park.
A spokesperson said -
“This protest was policed in a way which meant it passed off largely without incident, which has not been the case in previous years.
“This officer was doing what was asked of him and engaging with the organisers, in order to assist with the policing operation.
"We appreciate how this image, taken in a tent erected by the revellers without permission from the Royal Parks Agency, could potentially be perceived.
“We have spoken with the officer who has confirmed that he gave the man a verbal warning."
