Man threw cannabis out of a moving van

Police officers who were patrolling the area decided to follow a suspect van after noticing it smelt strongly of cannabis.
A large box was thrown from the van before the driver fled on foot, after the man was arrested it was later found that the package contained around £4,000 worth of cannabis.
