Liberal Democrats set out policy to legalise cannabis in the UK
Liberal Democrat party leader Jo Swinson believes that her pledge to legalise cannabis in the UK will in the future reduce crime on the streets and also help raise valuable revenue which can be put back into improving local infrastructure and public facilities.
Ms Swinson said:
"current drugs laws just aren't working and reform is needed to ensure Britain doesn't lag behind other countries which have already made cannabis legal."
