Police stopped a 39 year old male who was travelling on the M2 motorway, he was found to be carrying over £500,000 worth of cannabis in his vehicle.
Inspector Gawly isssued a statement saying “This seizure highlights our continued determination to tackle the scourge of illegal drugs in the local community and I would appeal to anyone who has concerns about illegal drugs to contact police. We will look into any report that we receive as we work with the community to reduce the harm caused by illegal drugs."
