In Glasgow A high court heard how a 33 year old male caused a severe fire in a block of flats after attempting to produce a cannabis extract known as 'shatter' in his girlfriends address. The process that is involved uses butane gas and it was this that was responsible for a large explosion that blasted out the windows and doors.
