Police officers raided a Mr Latham's address where they found a small number of plants and grow equipment. The 55 year old told the court he produced cannabis for himself and his sons own personal use.
The prosecuting spokesperson said 'officers executed a warrant on July 28 last year. The court heard how when former roofer Latham was asked by police if there was ‘anything in the house that shouldn’t be here’ he told them there were ‘some plants upstairs’.
