Police officers stated that they noticed a strong smell upon arriving at his three-bedroom detached house.
The court heard that Mr Walker was caught previous growing 137 plants at his house in 2008
Judge Mark Brown said Walker’s brain injury would have been taken into account the last two times he appeared in court and was spared prison.
