A man told a court
A man was found to be in the possession of around £500 worth of cannabis by police officers. Kim Logue told the court that he had got the drug to help his wife who suffers from the painful symptoms of multiple sclerosis.
The judge said:
"These are quite unusual circumstances. You weren't supplying commercially, but wanted to supply cannabis to your wife as part of what you believed was pain relief for her as a multiple sclerosis sufferer".
