A man was arrested by police officers in Picadilly Gardens, Manchester for a string of offences.
He was found to be chewing on around 8 bags of cannabis.
Junade Hostey was told by a court during sentace hearing “You’re only 19 and have been in custody for nine months. You were part of a bad crowd and were an active member of it. You will have to make the choice whether to condemn yourself and your family to further periods in custody or to change your ways.”
