Buds and Beats Festival
On May 31, 2025, Zurich will float on a green cloud as the Buds and Beats Festival makes its debut at Halle 622. This unique cannabis festival invites visitors to explore and enjoy the diverse facets of the hemp plant.
Spread across more than 3,000 m², the festival offers an exciting experience with various themed areas known as the "Zones": The CBD Zone showcases the variety of CBD flowers, hash, and cosmetics, while the Smoking Zone provides the perfect accessories for cannabis enjoyment. In the Music Zone, live acts and DJs bring the beats with hip-hop and electronica.
The Medical Zone offers information on the medical use of cannabis, and the Pilot Project Zone details legal cannabis access via Swiss pilot projects. The Grow Zone covers everything about cannabis cultivation, and the Hemp Zone explores the diverse uses of hemp in food, clothing, and sustainable products.
The Food Zone features culinary highlights from around the globe, while the Game Zone offers activities such as Mario Kart and the legendary Joint Roll Contest. For relaxation, the Beach Zone provides deckchairs and a chill atmosphere. The Vape’n’Dab Zone allows visitors to discover the art of dabbing, and the Wellness Zone offers yoga and high-quality CBD products for relaxation. Additionally, the Talk Zone hosts workshops and lectures on topics like home growing, hash production, and medical cannabis use.
A special highlight is the CannaTrade B2B Barbecue on the evening before the festival, May 30, 2025, from 5 PM to 10 PM—a perfect opportunity for the Swiss cannabis scene to network with international businesses in a relaxed setting.
